Grand Launch of RLMD’s Three-Day 'Vimarsh Shivir' in Rajgir National President Upendra Kushwaha Stresses Due Respect for Every Party's Aspirations in an Alliance
Rajgir/Patna : In a significant political development generating fresh momentum in Bihar's political landscape, the three-day 'Vimarsh Shivir' (consultation camp) of the Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLMD) kicked off grandly at the international convention center in the historic and international city of Rajgir, Nalanda district. Addressing the inaugural session, party national president and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Upendra Kushwaha delivered a prominent statement regarding the functioning of political alliances and coordination among coalition partners. He explicitly stated that for any alliance to succeed, it is imperative that all constituent parties—big or small—receive due respect and that their political aspirations are fully honored.
Emphasis on Alliance Dharma and Political Aspirations
Discussing the political scenario and the role of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) openly during the inaugural session, Upendra Kushwaha underscored that alliances grow stronger solely on mutual trust and respect:
Respect and Coordination: He emphasized that rather than treating all parties in a coalition uniformly, their ground-level strength and aspirations must be respected.
Example of the NDA: He highlighted that the National Democratic Alliance has set an exceptional precedent for such political coordination at the national level. During the session, a resolution was also introduced expressing gratitude toward Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for their pivotal roles in Bihar's development.
Deliberations on Organizational Expansion and Modernization
The primary objective of this three-day camp is to sharpen the party organization at the grassroots level and infuse renewed enthusiasm among workers:
Integration of Modern Technology: A special emphasis was placed during the camp on connecting the RLMD organization with modern technology so that party policies and ideas can reach the masses swiftly.
District-Wise Review Meetings: The national president announced that following this three-day brainstorming session, individual review meetings for each district will be organized by the party, which he will personally attend to assess grassroots organizational reports.
Membership Drive: Future strategies to induct more youth and fresh faces into the party fold are also under active discussion.
Presence of Key Leaders
Several veteran leaders and office-bearers of the party were in attendance at this high-level camp hosted at the Rajgir International Convention Center:
Attendees included Panchayati Raj Minister Deepak Prakash Kushwaha, Member of Parliament Snehlata, MLA Rameshwar Mahto, and Principal General Secretary Madhav Anand, alongside numerous district presidents and state-level office-bearers from across Bihar.
The commencement of the RLMD's three-day consultation camp in Rajgir marks a major stride toward strengthening the party's internal organization, while allowing Upendra Kushwaha to project a clear message across political circles. His emphasis on mutual respect and balance within a coalition holds considerable significance for the state's upcoming political dynamics. Further crucial decisions regarding the party's future political direction and public welfare issues are anticipated during the remaining sessions of the camp.
