Gujarat Youth Rutul Patel Begins Cycle Journey to 51 Shakti Peethas

Sets Out from Sultanganj for Baba Dham, Aims to Promote Sanatan Dharma Alongside Fitness and Healthy Living

Sultanganj : Gujarat-based youth Rutul Patel has embarked on a cycling journey combining religious devotion, spiritual awareness and a message of health consciousness. He began his journey from Sultanganj towards Baba Dham. Patel’s goal is to visit 51 Shakti Peethas across the country. Through this long-distance cycling expedition, he aims not only to visit important religious sites but also to promote awareness about Sanatan Dharma and encourage young people to adopt fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Before beginning the journey, Patel took a holy dip in the Ganga at Sultanganj and offered prayers. He then set off towards Baba Dham while chanting devotional slogans dedicated to Lord Shiva. Local residents and devotees gathered to witness his departure and encouraged him by extending their best wishes for the journey.

Will Cover a Long Distance by Bicycle

Rutul Patel said that one of the main purposes of completing the religious journey by bicycle is to deliver a positive message to young people. At a time when the younger generation is increasingly adopting modern lifestyles, a lack of regular exercise and physical activity is also becoming noticeable. Through his cycling expedition, Patel is encouraging young people to make fitness a part of their daily lives.

He said cycling is highly beneficial for physical health. It keeps the body active and helps develop the habit of regular physical exercise. His aim is to inspire young people to take time away from excessive dependence on mobile phones and the digital world and focus on physical activity and a healthier lifestyle.

Goal to Visit 51 Shakti Peethas

Patel’s primary objective is to visit 51 Shakti Peethas located in different parts of the country. During the journey, he plans to learn more about religious and historical sites and interact with people along the way.

He said India’s religious traditions are not limited to worship and rituals but also carry messages of culture, history and social unity. Through his journey to the Shakti Peethas, he wants to understand these traditions more deeply and share their significance with younger generations.

He described the Sultanganj-to-Baba Dham journey as an important stage of his religious expedition. Beginning from the banks of the Ganga, he hopes to receive support from devotees and local residents along the route.

Message of Sanatan Dharma and Indian Culture

Rutul Patel said that during his journey, he will interact with people about the traditions of Sanatan Dharma, Indian culture and the country’s religious heritage. His objective, he said, is not to create controversy but to share positive information about India’s ancient cultural traditions and the importance of its religious sites.

He also appealed to young people to understand and preserve their cultural traditions while giving equal importance to health and physical fitness in modern life.

Special Focus on Fitness and Health

Fitness is an important part of Patel’s cycling campaign. He is encouraging young people to exercise regularly, take up cycling and maintain healthy eating habits. According to him, achieving any long-term goal becomes difficult without a healthy body.

Local residents appreciated Patel’s initiative. Devotees said that combining a religious journey with a message about health and fitness makes the expedition particularly inspiring for young people.
