'Mission Nipun Bihar' is an integral part of the Government of India's national 'NIPUN Bharat' (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) campaign. The primary objective of this mission is to ensure foundational literacy and foundational numeracy for every child up to Grade 3 by the year 2026-27.
