On Friday, young students and teachers of Bihpur's prestigious Middle School Pachhiyari Tola organized a grand and historic 'Tiranga Yatra'. The greatest and most special feature of this foot march was that the children reached the memorial site of the great freedom fighter and Quit India Movement martyr Faudi Mandal to pay heartfelt tribute and remember his supreme sacrifice. On the sacred occasion of Independence Day, right from Friday morning, the entire courtyard and surrounding area of Middle School Pachhiyari Tola transformed into a vibrant grand national festival:

The national tricolour flag embellished the hands of all children, and the sparkle of unwavering love, discipline, and pride for the country was clearly visible on their faces.

Commencing from Middle School Pachhiyari Tola, this Tiranga Yatra passed through historical landmarks of Bihpur to reach the memorial site of Quit India Movement martyr Faudi Mandal:
A Hundred Salutes to the Martyr: Reaching the memorial site, Headmaster Anil Kumar Deepak, teachers, and all students offered floral tributes at the statue/memorial of martyr Faudi Mandal. Two minutes of silence were observed to remember the martyrdom of this valiant son who laid down everything for the country.
Children Acquainted with History: Addressing the children during this visit, Headmaster Anil Kumar Deepak elaborated on the Quit India Movement and the heroic history of local martyr Faudi Mandal. The children learned how our ancestors did not care for their lives for the country's freedom.
