Demand for CBI Investigation and Transparency: The party has demanded that a high-level and impartial judicial inquiry be conducted into this entire network of paper leaks so that the most influential bigwigs involved can be unmasked.
Withdrawal of Lathi-Charge and False Cases: False cases registered against students during the protests should be withdrawn with immediate effect, and injured students should be provided adequate compensation.
Resignation of Education Minister: Until the Union Education Minister resigns from his post, students and youths across the country will continue taking to the streets to stage protests.
The vocal stance of the CPI (ML) and the expression of nationwide outrage against the NEET paper leak in Bhagalpur and across Bihar serve as proof that this issue is no longer confined to examination irregularities alone; rather, it has transformed into a major political battle for the futures and employment rights of crores of youths in the country.
