Exactly one day prior to Independence Day on Thursday, an extremely breathtaking, grand, and inspiring spectacle of national love, discipline, and enthusiasm was witnessed in the Gaurachowki panchayat region of Bhagalpur district. Under the nationwide 'Har-Ghar Tiranga' campaign being conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the central government and district administration, a massive and historic 'Tricolour Rally' (Tiranga Yatra) was organized starting from the Gaurachowki Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan premises. Route Scenery and Showering of Flowers by Villagers: As this caravan passed along the route from Gaurachowki to Tamouni Mor during the yatra, local shopkeepers, citizens, mothers, and elders standing on both sides of the road showered flowers and clapped to give a rousing welcome to the yatra. Salute to Martyrs: During the assembly, all present children, teachers, and administrative officials observed two minutes of silence to pay homage to all those immortal martyrs and freedom fighters due to whose sacrifices we are breathing freely in an independent India.
Collective Resolution: Speakers administered an oath to all participating youth and students that they would become good citizens in the future and contribute to the development of the country and society. At the end of the program, sweets were distributed among the children to encourage them.
