In this horrific road accident, a 30-year-old youth named Jialal Sahni, riding one of the bikes, was badly injured. According to information received from eyewitnesses and locals, the main road near Hussepur Dobandha Village under the Sahibganj police station area is often busy. Two motorcycles were passing through here at very high speeds. It is reported that due to a slight lapse in judgment by the drivers and loss of control, a powerful head-on collision occurred between the two bikes.
The impact of the collision was so severe that 30-year-old Jialal Sahni, riding the motorcycle, was hurled onto the road, sustaining serious injuries to his head and other parts of his body. Following the accident, the driver of the other motorcycle that caused the collision managed to flee the spot along with his vehicle, taking advantage of the situation. Traffic on both sides of the road came to a brief standstill due to the sudden accident, creating a sensation in the area.
Prompt Police Action: Referred from CHC to SKMCH
As soon as information about the road accident reached the local Sahibganj police station, a police team arrived at the scene immediately. Without wasting any time, the police, with the help of locals, lifted the blood-stained injured Jialal Sahni and rushed him to the nearby Community Health Center (CHC) for treatment.
Doctors present in the emergency ward of the CHC immediately commenced first aid for the injured youth. However, after examination, the doctor found that Jialal had sustained serious internal head injuries, and his condition remained critically precarious. Following initial treatment and witnessing his deteriorating state, doctors immediately referred him to Muzaffarpur's Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH). He was dispatched to Muzaffarpur for further medical care with the assistance of an ambulance or family members.

As soon as the news of this road accident reached the home of the injured Jialal Sahni, pandemonium ensued among his family members. Weeping and wailing relatives rushed immediately to the hospital. People have demanded the construction of speed breakers on this route to curb vehicle speeds and the strict enforcement of traffic rules so that no other family has to fall victim to such painful accidents in the future.
