A speeding and uncontrolled tractor, loaded with sand and soil, brutally crushed three youths. One youth was killed on the spot, while two others were seriously injured. Following the incident, enraged villagers took to the streets in protest, demanding a complete ban on this illegal trade.

The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Manchan Kumar, the only son of his family. According to eyewitnesses, Manchan was walking along the roadside with his two friends—Dilkhush Kumar and Ashish Kumar—when a tractor coming from the opposite direction, loaded with sand and soil, approached at an extremely high speed. The driver lost control of the vehicle and mowed the three youths down.
The impact was so severe that Manchan was thrown a distance away and died on the spot due to critical head injuries. Meanwhile, Dilkhush and Ashish also fell on the road, severely injured. Immediately after the incident, the driver fled the scene, abandoning the tractor.
