What is the Complete Case? Borrowed Rs 5,000 Becomes the Reason for Bloody Conflict

Before long, the dispute escalated to such an extent that the accused launched a fatal attack on Vishal over the money transaction dispute.

Brutal Beating and Attack on the Mother Who Intervened

According to eyewitness accounts and the complaint lodged with the police, the attackers surrounded Vishal Kumar under what appeared to be a pre-planned conspiracy and began thrashing him with lathis, sticks, and sharp or pointed objects. Chaos ensued at the scene following this sudden assault.

When Vishal's mother stepped forward to intervene and save her son, the miscreants misbehaved with her and physically assaulted her as well. This successive attack on the mother and son left the entire locality terrified. After executing the crime, the accused fled the spot while hurling death threats. With the help of locals, the blood-stained and seriously injured Vishal and his mother were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, where they are currently undergoing care.
