What is the Full Event? The Rites of Grand Decoration and Special Worship
From morning onwards, a steady stream of devotees kept arriving at the temple premises on this sacred and historic anniversary. Shyam devotees who arrived from every nook and corner of the country as well as locally paid their respects at Baba's court and prayed for their wishes.
Divine and Grand Decoration of Baba: As part of the main ritual for the anniversary, a special and enchanting decoration of Shyam Baba was performed. Adorned with attar (fragrance), flowers, and precious garments, Baba's form was so captivating that the eyes of every person who came for darshan were deeply fulfilled. The entire temple premises were fragrant with the aroma of flowers and incense.
Special Worship and Havan: Special worship was performed amidst Vedic chanting by the temple committee members and acharyas. Devotees Dancing to the Akhand Jyoti and Hymns: Devotees bowed and sought blessings before the Akhand Jyoti lit during the bhajan sandhya. From the youth to the elderly and women, everyone participated enthusiastically in these devotional programs that lasted all night. Devotees were seen dancing and swaying to the beats of drums and cymbals, making the entire atmosphere completely imbued with Shyam's devotion.
