Sabour/Bhagalpur (Special Correspondent): The entire Bhagalpur district has been drenched in the celebrations of the historic and sacred national festival of the country's 80th Independence Day. In this sequence, an extremely grand, attractive, and inspiring spectacle of national love was witnessed on Wednesday in the Sabour Nagar Panchayat area, famous for its silk city status and historical background. On the eve of Independence Day, a massive, historic, and disciplined 'Har-Ghar Tiranga' Rally was organized under the auspices of Sabour Nagar Panchayat (Nagar Panchayat Sabour). The greatest hallmark of this Tiranga Yatra was that it was jointly led by the administrative head of the Nagar Panchayat-cum-Executive Officer Jyoti Kumari, Chief Councilor Dipshikha Nand Parina, and Deputy Chief Councilor Dr. Anand Kumar. Finding top administrative officials and public representatives marching among them holding tricolour flags, the enthusiasm of town residents and youth touched the sky. Thousands of local citizens, ward councilors, Nagar Panchayat personnel, and school children participated in this yatra, coloring the entire Sabour region in hues of patriotism.

Commencement via Flag-Off by Top Leadership: The formal start of the Tiranga Yatra was marked at the Sabour Nagar Panchayat office premises. Here, Executive Officer Jyoti Kumari, Chief Councilor Dipshikha Nand Parina, and Deputy Chief Councilor Dr. Anand Kumar jointly flagged off this massive foot march following the national anthem.

Touring Major Markets and Residential Hamlets: Commencing from the block headquarters, this Tiranga Yatra passed through Sabour Main Market, Station Road, Thana Chowk, and the internal routes of various wards. As this caravan moved forward amidst the beating of drums and patriotic songs, shopkeepers, mothers, sisters, and elders standing on both sides of the road showered flowers to welcome the yatra.
